岗位职责:
Key Responsibilities:
HRIS Management:
Assist in the administration and optimization of the HRIS, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
Generate and analyze HR reports and metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
Provide user support and training for HRIS users, resolving system issues as needed.
Collaborate with IT and HR teams to implement system updates and improvements.
Employee Service Center Operations:
Support the day-to-day operations of the HR shared service center, including employee inquiries and transactions.
Process HR transactions such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and changes in employment status.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all HR service center functions
General HR Support:
Assist with employee activities, including annual events and company activity.
Support employee relations initiatives, including handling basic employee queries and assisting with conflict resolution.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field.
Skills:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and generate reports.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS systems.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience: Prior internship or relevant experience in HR is a plus but not required.

岗位职责:
Key Job responsibilities:
1.Lead new mold DFM review and make sure it is reasonable and feasiable, attend mold design review and provide comments, if it is copy mold, provide lesson learn to optimize mold.
2.Follow up new mold fabrication status and work with team to find solutions if something happened during machining, provide weekly report to customers and support customer's requirement actively.
3.Follow up mold trial and mold PQ, lead whole team to investigate issues and provide mold optimization(work with customer if needed). If over standard optimize times, organize team to discuss and fix issues
4.Provide lesson learn for each molds after CAF and put in public folder
5.Quote modification and spare parts, follow up mold modification and confirm before assembly, make sure on time delivery with good result
任职要求:
1、学历学位:本科以上学历,模具设计、机械设计及自动化,工业工程等相关工科专业,
2、工作经验:有3个月至1年工厂实习工作经验,且从事过CNC技术员、工程设计、电气工程师、工艺工程师、机器人工程师等技术背景岗位工作;
3、能力要求:个人语言表达、逻辑思维、受挫力、抗压能力等较强的优先录用;
4、个人规划:有清晰的3-5年职业规划,有上进心,愿意同公司进步者优先考虑;
5、英语 4 级以上

岗位职责:
Job Responsibilities:
1.Managing automation projects built by outside custom automation vendors including provide concept idea, equipment specification, project management, factory acceptance testing, installation, and commissioning/debug and self-design capability.
2.Provide automation and process control leadership, configuration, and ongoing support for operations production plants.
3.Responsible for identifying and lead automated equipment projects to increase production capacity and improve product quality with Automation known how knowledge.
4.Identify potential process improvement projects, Mechanical design to address them properly.
5.Implementing the company "Good Manufacturing Standardization" and "Good Documentation Habits".
6.be familiar with the company quality policy, EHS guideline, Human Resource policy, Labor ethics, C-TPAT, AEO etc. and strictly abide by the implementation of requirements.
Job Requirement:
1.Degree or above, Mechatronics /Mechanical Design or Industrial Automation major.
2.working experience on semi-auto / automation design. Must more than 5 successful cases.
3.Know well with AME (Advance manufacturing engineering/NPI) department working process flow and method.
4.English working language is required and can travel oversea to support projects.
5.Strong mechanical background.
6.Understand basic PLC and electrical systems, pneumatics.
