岗位职责:RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES? Use data analytics knowledge and skills to empower business innovation and solve business problems? Develop, maintain and evolve end-to-end IT solution for e-Commerce business by working internal/external IT partners? Develop method and tools help business users to extract, clean, transform and load data in a more effective way to improve productivity of business data analysis? Collaborate with business user department to define, analyse, validate and prioritize business requirement and demands in detail and convert to requirement specification? Leverage own business knowledge and internal/external technical capabilities to develop prototype for PoC of future full-scale solution & implementation or quick-win solution for minor demand? Manage schedule of projects, enhancement and change request to ensure key milestones are achieved on time. Oversee the daily operation of internal and external technical team in designing, developing and testing solutions to ensure qualified deliverables. ? Facilitate the communication and issue resolution between end users and on-going support team (a.k.a. BAU) on eCom, BI & Data Analytics related application services to meet SLA and drive customer satisfaction? Contribute to the data governance model and process to protect data asset of company.? Collaborate with internal and external team to ensure data security and data privacy is well managed across all different data analytics solutions and infrastructures of Gr. China.? Educate business partners on key IT processes such as SDLC, enhancement governance, and project/portfolio management principles.? Effectively communicate to technical and non-technical audiences in order to influence.? Proactively learn the industry leading solutions & IT trend in eCom, BI & Data Analytics area and apply to future initiatives and leads 任职资格:PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCEThe required functional skills are defined and should be used for the evaluation of candidates for this role:? Bachelor degree or above from Computer Science, Software Engineering, e-Commerce or similar discipline? 5+ years’ working experience in IT and/or data analytics area? 3+ years’ experienced in business intelligence and/or data warehouse area? Savvy with Data Warehouse (ETL, MS SQL, Oracle, and SAP BW…) and data visualization tools (e.g. SAP Business Object, Tableau, Power BI…)? Proven successful experience of one or more full-cycle business intelligence and data warehouse projects? Mastery of major statistics modelling and algorithms (such as cluster analysis, classification analysis, regression analysis, time series analysis, etc…)? Knowledge of Big Data, Hadoop, Hive, Python is a big plus? Business knowledge of FMCG, sales & marketing, e-Commerce is a plus? Programming skill (such as java, jsp…) for e-Commerce system development is a plus.? Understanding of infrastructure, network, security, operation system and SLA’s.? Good vendor management experience to achieve win-win partnership? Project management skills in waterfall and/or agile model? Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written & verbal.? Proven stakeholder management at manager levels.? Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly/business language. ? Strong customer service orientation. ? Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.? Ability to effectively collaborate with local and global peers.PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES? Great learning agility to digest the latest industry solution in data analytics areas and able to apply it to business where appropriate.? Highly self-motivated and directed.? High proficiency in English is important.? This role is to partnership with Gr. China business on day-to-day basis, therefore fluent Mandarin is essential.?
