岗位职责:Business Management Activities:1. To develop medical channel STP strategy aligned with master plan.2. To take charge of national medical related educational activities resources planning (sample, DA & literature reprint, premium, HCP program) and deployment down to region level3. To direct planning and implementation of nation-wide HCP program and CS event annual budget guidance4. To develop close relationship & cooperation with ethical key opinion leaders, national medical associations and governmental authorities for nation-wide medical program/seminar sponsorship. 5. To collaborate with BA department to monitor MJ ethical activity execution according to WHO code and local government guideline to ensure compliance.6. To work with digital marketing team to develop precision consumer educational contents and executed with quality and demonstrate good budget control.7. To improve & maintain an A&P tracking mechanism to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. 8. To coordinate hospital channel related marketing research projects.People Management Activities:1. Establish leadership, credibility and accountability2. Set regular performance management objectives & provide guideline, on job coaching and feedback to subordinates 3. Encourage team work (esp. cross functional) 4. Performance Management (Annual & Quarterly Review) 任职资格:Technical know-how:1. Previous experience in multi-national FMCG Company with marketing proficiency. 2. If candidate be familiar with infant milk formula or pharmaceutical category, with knowledge in the pediatric professionals & infant nutrition, knowledge of HCP influence model will be a plus.3. Mastery of business administration including brand/promotion management, financial principles, operation rule and strategy management, etc.4. Previous experience of new product launch with strong and evident sales performance, knowing field sales operation process and key responsibilities. Know how to do effective communication and how to impact and influence peers/cross function teams.5. Strong mastery of computer and analytical skills.6. Strong oral, reading & writing communication skills in Chinese as well as in English.Managerial skills:1. Ability to offer guideline, coaching and feedback.2. Ability to motivate subordinates towards professional working attitude.3. Ability to conceptualize complexity and provide insightful analytical skillsInterpersonal skills:1. Problem solving, team player, co-operative, open & positive attitudeEducation:1. University graduated. With MBA, medical or nutrition related major will be a plus.Experience: 1. Understanding of financial principles such as budget control. Ability to analyze sales administration technical data. And proven track records in managing ethical operation funds, allocating resource to support business development needs.2. Able to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously3. Minimum of 3 years in Brand Marketing role, and if with ethical products promotional experience will be a plus. Sales manager experience in multinational INF or Pharmaceutical enterprise will be a plus.4. Must be able to demonstrate a successful performance record in previous product management/promotion experience. With infant nutrition or pharmaceutical industry experience will be a plus.
