2、建立、调整公司营销组织，细分市场建立、拓展，调整市场营销网络；
3、负责分解并下达年度的工作目标和市场营销预算，并根据市场和公司实际情况及时调整和有效控制计划完成进度；
4、定期对市场营销环境、目标市场、营销策（计）划、广告等业务活动进行核查分析，及时调整营销策略和计划，制定预防和纠正措施，确保完成营销目标和营销计划；
5、定期对市场及同行业情况进行摸底并制定公司新产品市场价格，经批准后执行；
6、负责公司重大营销合同的谈判与签订；
7、定期和不定期拜访重点客户（当前或潜在），及时了解和处理新问题；
8、在销售及市场开发区域内负责重大攻关、促销活动的监督、检查实施和执行；
9、主持制定与修订营销系统主管领导的工作程序和规章制度，经批准后施行；
10、制定营销系统年度或月度专业培训计划并协助职能部门实施；
11、定期监督检查、处理反馈销售区域或门市部负责人的工作程序、规章制度的施行情况；
12、做好与相关系统的横向联系，及时对系统间的争议提出界定要求；
13、及时、准确传达上级指示或会议精神；
14、主持营销系统内的工作例会，召集公司有关营销业务方面工作会议，参加总经理办公例会和公司其它工作会议；
15、审批营销系统及与其相关文件，在权限范围内签发文件；
16、审批直接下级上报的预算和工作计划，培训计划、出差计划等文件；
17、指导、监督、检查所属下级的各项工作，掌握工作情况和相关数据；
18、及时向常务副总汇报分管系统的真实情况和有关数据，定期上报市场营销工作报告；
19、在必要的情况下，向所属下级授权；
20、制定直接下级的职务说明书，并对其工作做出评定；
21、及时对所属下级工作中的争议做出裁决；
22、受理直接下级上报的合理化建议，并组织实施；
23、培养和发现人才，根据工作需要按照程序申请招聘、调配直接下级。负责直接下级岗位人员任用的提名，隔级下级岗位人员的任命；
24、在管辖范围内，批转其他部门送达的和核准，直接下级上报的过失和奖惩要求；
25、指定专人负责文件、记录等资料的保管与定期归档工作；
26、组织做好保密工作；
27、关心所属下级的思想、工作、生活；
