Position Specification: - Follow up ERP system issue resolution and change request processes per SLA (Service Level Agreement). Basic Accountabilities: - 100% Comply with EHS & Business Ethic Policies Requirements- Resolve operation issues for ERP users;- Follow up application / technical / performance issue resolution process;- Follow up change request and approval processes, such as user access, R&R matrix, master records, database and application changes;- Do application test prior to PC / Server patch update;- Application test for Database / Tool Release upgrading and DR drills;- Topaz & MRP Performance Monitoring & Analysis;- ACE - Customer Satisfaction >= 5.4;- Prepare ERP data for monthly helpdesk dashboard and ERP operational benchmark report- Control documentation per SOX / Internal Control requirement & for audit purposes- MY ERP SUPPORT system maintenance Key Measurements: - Issues to be resolved within SLA (Service Level Agreement)- Change requests to be completed within SLA (Service Level Agreement)- Change approvals to be obtained per approval matrix & properly retained- Documentation control to comply with SOX & audit requirements Principle Working Relations: - System user departments (Factory, Finance, SPC, etc.)- China ERP Project Core Team- Technical team & Application System Support team- Hong Kong ACC (Asia Competency Center);- Larsen and Toubro Infotech Qualification Requirement: - Education: Bachelor Degree or above major in Information Technology or related- Experience: Manufacturing and ERP implementation background is preferred- Language: English CET 6 or above- Computer Skills: JDE Manufacturing issue resolution & recommendation, MS SQL knowledge is preferred Other Key Competencies: - Customer-oriented and service excellence attitude;- Coordination and documentation skills;- Teamwork spirit [详情]
