1、负责电动汽车用充电连接器的设计开发，包括概念设计，细部设计，样品制作和验证；
2、负责对新产品的研制过程进行跟踪、对生产中出现的技术问题进行处理；
3、负责新产品DFMEA、BOM、2D图面等；
4、负责产品的立项、设计评审、设计验证、设计确认，负责设计更改的控制；
5、负责产品技术规格，可靠性测试程序的制定；
6、负责与模具,装配等部门配合进行模具可行性，装配可行性分析；
7、负责从产品设计方面对产品批量材料成本的控制；
8、负责对新产品、新技术、新工艺、产品设计专利等方面的研究；
9、组织安排试产及其评审和总结；对生产过程进行技术指导、监督、改进；
10、主导处理生产过程中产品的技术问题；对产品售后出现的技术问题进行处理
任职资格：
1、理工类机械或机电一体化及电气工程等专业本科及以上学历；
2、三年及以上充电连接器行业研发设计相关工作经验。
3、熟练应用UG、CAD等相关技术软件和办公软件；
4、工作地点：张家港或苏州园区
4、熟悉冲压，注塑，模具等生产工艺 ；
