1.具有大专以上学历；
2.建筑土木工民建及机械相关专业；
3.5年以上从事钢结构现场管理工作经验；
4.具有一定施工现场沟通协调能力及持有二级建造师证；
5.持有一级建造师证件优先；熟练使用CAD软件、Office办公软件；
6.熟懂建筑结构图、钢结构安装结构及围护图；
7.能够独立按照施工合同进度严格收工程进度款及相关签证和结算工作；
8.能够独立完成材料进场等各项协调工作；独立完成编制施工组织设计、施工方案、技术交底；
9.管理及指导现场节点施工及施工工艺控制。
10、能适应出差。
