必须有小家电马达开发工作经验，熟悉玩具马达、汽车马达、无刷马达（内外）转子等电机的研发和改进。
熟悉质量管理体系ISO9001产品开发程序、能承担较大的工作压力。
【岗位职责】：
1、负责新产品的研发及调试.
2、负责现有产品结构、性能方面的改进.
3、校对技术员绘制的图纸及核查标准工作指引等.
4、解决专业范围内较为复杂的技术问题.
5、协助团队积极完成每月部们的各项绩效目标.
6、指导及辅助助理工程师完成有关工作.
7、工程部主管下达其它的相关工作任务.
