1、根据公司中长期经营计划，主持公司财务战略的制定，组织编制年度综合财务目标和控制标准；
2、负责财务管理制度和会计核算相关制度的建立和完善，并在集团范围内贯彻执行；
3、负责公司会计核算、成本管理、会计监督、财务决算等财务管理工作，组织制定公司财务报表及预算编制工作，及时有效地提供有利于公司决策的财务分析报告；
4、负责财务团队日常管理、人才梯队建设和考核，对财务部门的会计核算、资金运作等进行总体控制；
5、审核、签发财务部对内对外提供的会计报表和其他各项财务资料，协调和维护财政、税务、银行等外部关系；
6、参与重大投资项目和经营活动的风险评估、指导、跟踪和财务风险控制;
7、确保公司财务体系的高效运转，管理和建设好集团公司财务团队；
8、完成上级交办的其他临时工作。
岗位要求：
1、全日制大学本科及以上学历，财务、会计、审计、金融、投资等相关专业，985、211院校或知名财经院校优先；
2、拥有中级以上会计师职称，具有注册会计师资格或注册管理会计师资格；
3、具有8年以上同岗位工作经验，有20人以上财务团队管理经验；
4、有较强的财务分析预测、投融资及风险预防能力，具备大型制造型企业、高新技术企业背景的优先考虑；
5、具备全面的财务管理经验及敏锐的洞察力，对数据敏感，熟悉财务计划、成本分析、预算、成本核算等高级财务管理流程；
6、具备出色的管理能力、良好的沟通能力和职业道德，严谨的工作作风以及高度的事业心和责任感，严守公司机密；
7、思维开阔、具备国际化视野，有大型外资/全球化企业任职经历者优先。
